where an I get the move switcheroo? As a tm or from a tutor that teaches it to you?

switcheroo is not coded as I remember

you can steal item from wild poke using thief/covet

Mankey learns covet by itself

make sure your Mankey don't carry any item while stealing

but switcheroo is a move

oh wait never mind

not all the moves/abilities coded in this game

when we say something is not coded, it means it has no effect here, or even it doesn't exist

As Hahahaka mentioned, Switcheroo is not coded yet, meaning it does not exist at the moment. I can not tell with certainty whether it will or won't be coded. Please keep an eye out on the Ingame Update Log in order to be informed about whenever a new addition has been made to the game.
