Hey, so i found to myself a nice glaceon which i wanted to train, now idk how to ev train him.

Its Modest nature, so i was thinking max SPATK but what else? speed i think its a waste since its base spd is low anyway, hope you guys could help me!

i checked, but i dont know why speed? its base speed is low anyway, thats why i came here to hear some opinions.

reason for speed is that its sweeper ,most sweepers go with speed even if their base speed is low like glaceon ,scizor or absol .
