Hey there and sorry for the inconvenience;

Depending on how you are stuck, try the following:

• Hit the resync arrow, bottom left
  
• Alt + Tab back and forth;
  
• Use an escape rope;
  
• Battle someone and lose (disconnecting during the battle being the fastest way);
  
• Restart your client.
