I was playing when the blue server went off, some time later I made loggin and keep playing then I was to use a rare candy and didn't find it; I check what else was missing and found out that my Master Ball was gone too. :/ I had over than 20 rare candies, I don't know how many exactly.

Can you solve this?

I just realized it, at 20:30 (Brazil).

My acc: Iroots (Over than 500h in game)

I guess you did Heatran Quest, to make quest harder for some time game takes your Rare Candies and Master Balls and after some point you need speak with specific NPC to get it back.

As I said, I didn't know about this quest, and I was doing it without knowing!

That is exactly what happened! Tks :)

Yes; going inside Stark Mountain takes both your Masterballs and Rare Candies, and you only get them back at the end of the quest; so you have to go back there with one pokémon lvl 60 at most, defeat or catch the Heatran lvl99 and talk to Buck in the room there, and you'll get teleported away and your items will be handed back.

 

If you choose to defeat Heatran, you will have the option to get back inside later on with as many poké of whatever level you want and another chance at catching it: it will then be level 30.
