The thing is that my friends started in yellow server (now) and i will play with them .... but is there anyway to trade pokemons or pokedollars from red server to yellow? ..... is there any section in forum about stuff like this ? And apparently a server merge of Red & Yellow is due at some point, and we're not yet sure how that is going to affect accounts on those servers. There is a merge planned for Red and Yellow server, but we have no ETA on that I'm afraid.
