Hello, when I open the game, I'm basically getting a blank screen where the game should be. I can see my desktop but not click anything until I alt+tab away from where the game should be.

 

Is there any way around this?

No one? I'd really like to try the game but can't find a solution.

First of all apologies for the late reply.

What you can try to fix this is:

- Make sure your PC meets the system requirements

- Try running the game in Administrator mode

- Update your DirectX11 and graphics card drivers

- Make sure your Firewall or Antivirus are not blocking the game and add exceptions if necessary.

- Re-download the game, try 32-bit client too. If you choose to try and reinstall, make sure to delete all PRO files, including temp files and anything in the Recycle Bin. You can also disable your Antivirus and/or Firewall while downloading and extracting.
