Help! Glitch made me use my masterball [LOCKED]

Hello

 

I was training a Pokemon and clicked on my bag to use a berry. Before I was even able to scroll to the berry, the screen just changed into the catching sequence of throwing the masterball. I was no where even near clicking on the mastball. It was like the screen glitched and it was like I clicked it when I know I didn't click anything. Is there a way I can get my masterball restored? To add salt to the injury the pokemon that got caught was a parasect. :( Please help.

I regret to inform you that we cannot refund a mistake like this. I'm extremely sorry, but there is nothing we can do to further your case.

 

However, take solace in that Masterballs are fairly easy to replace; they cost 10 PvP coins from the PvP Coin Master; the one in Vermilion is shown below in my screenshot:

 

 

You can earn PvP coins by winning a Ranked PvP match. I hope this information has proven helpful to you, and again, I apologize that we cannot refund your Masterball.
