serperior learns defog by tutor

but there is no defog tutor in game

the defog tm teacher is a substitute of tm, not a tutor

that's why serperior can't learn defog from tm teacher

As Gouldy has mentioned, Serperior learns Defog starting in Generation 7; as PRO is currently run on Generation 6, we do not allow Serperior to learn it at this time.

 

However, we do have plans for the game to be updated to Generation 7, so keep a lookout for that from the Downloads and Update Logs! If you find something that doesn't match up with the current generation PRO is run on, feel free to report and let us know so we can rectify the issue.
