Hi there today i've been doing the celebi quest i have all johto and kanto dex ive sen all the legendary dogs inc hoho and lugia and all other requirements upto and throughout the quest using a guide on the forum and as far as im aware im now at the part where i need to collect the GS ball from the scientist but he says (imstill finding a way to open this gs ball, please go away and dont disturb me), Now ive got all requirements ive done everything my dex is complete for johto and kanto you can check my account ive done everything literally everything and cannot collect this gs ball to continue could you please look into this and find out why and tell me why i cannot continue my quest many thanks Darkestevil87 (ign).

You're missing Blissey's Caught Data as seen on your second screenshot. Make sure to double check your Pokedex on any missing data...
