I have no pokemon

After some years of not touching the game, a friend convincing me to come and play with him again, I find myself downloading this game again only to find out that I have LITERALLY no pokemon and can't do anything in the game.

It's a pretty funny situation ngl, but i'd appreciate if i could be able to play in this server again with the name.

 

EDIT: I should add that i've tried to continue the game even with the situation that I'm stuck in. I've tried to get the free pokemon at the viridian maze, it was kind of hard since the trainers didn't want me to get to my objective but through sheer determination and relog bugging the shit out of them I managed to get the goal, only to be disappointed since the pokeball was not there. I've also tried to get to oak and buy the magicarp but all of these tried were met with failure.

Its a stupid question i will do, but that happens to me one time.

Already tried leave the pokecenter and enter again ?

 

When this happens to me, i just did that and the pokémons appears again.

Just to add info about it, after our heroic attempts in Help chat:

- Entering a battle is considered an instant loss, and throws Xugo straight to the Pokemon Center

- We tried to sneak him into the Viridian Maze to get the abandonned pokemon. While successful to sneak in, the abandonned pokemon was unfortunately not there.

- It was also not possible to sneak past the NPC preventing progressing in Pewter to try and buy a Magikarp.

- Professor Oak doesn't even say anything apparently. Furthermore, Xugo got stuck in the Lab until relog. Of course, unsuccessful at getting a new Starter pokemon, and Pikachu was already gone.

 

Apparently, Xugo's account was very possibly a target of an account wipe, which condition was to have played less than an hour total and be inactive for over 2 years. The result is that all pokemons are wiped out, but apparently variables too, which would explain the glitchiness happening in Oak's lab. So solving the problem might be a little more complicated than just giving a pokemon.

 

Edit: Also, probably worth mentionning this was on Red server.

Apologies for the great delay of response... Unfortunately, those who got caught up in a clean-up of their data would require a complete server maintenance for their data to be implemented, and PRO staff would need to sift through multiple server backups dating a long time ago to do so. There is only one staff member with such an ability, and those who were cleaned up were accounts that were inactive for a year or more and had 15 hours or less on the account.

 

The best we can do for you is offer an account reset and a complimentary 40 coins (to buy clothes or whatever you like) for the inconvenience. This will essentially allow you to completely start over on with the same account. If you previously donated on that account, you may provide proof of transaction and we'll be able to put the coins/items back on your account.
