It seems that you might have accidentally released it. But do not worry as we managed to restore it all because of you made a report about it. In case you don't know about this when you released a pokemon you can check on your chat window where it will be notified that you have released a pokemon with its ID. With this ID, it will always be easier for us to restore it when player posted it in the Restore Pokemon Megathread.
