Hello! I have faced a few bugs in the game and I wanted if u can to be restored. I have one dig spot between Pewter and Mt. Moon that is always opened. Also, I have deleted some players from my friendlist, but the message that shows up, when someone is online, keeps appearing, though i have deleted them. And at the end, sometimes I can't use surf, enter to buildings or exit from them, as I go to the door and I can't go further or I pop up next to the door, thought I was in front of it. If I face other bugs I will mention them, too. Thank you in advance!

Hi there, and foremost, I'm deeply sorry for the delay of response. It seems that it got forgotten since it got pinned, ironically.

Anyways, about your questions:

  • For your dig spots issue, you can talk to the Explorer NPC in the following locations for respective regions' stuck dig spots: Vermilion Pokecenter (Kanto), Olivine Pokecenter (Johto), Oreburgh City Pokecenter (Sinnoh)

  • About the friends deletion, it happens when removing offline people from your friendlist, as far as I know. Try adding them again and remove them while they are online, it might fix it then :)

  • The latter is an issue that is easily solvable in a click, and happens usually when you keep moving after encountering a wild pokémon, for instance (but not exclusively); basically, what happens is that the server knows that you are on a tile (a map's square), but your game client thinks you are on another one. So the client says you can't go further up, e.g. to enter a PokéCenter, but the server thinks you are still one tile below the door, so you don't get ported inside.
You can fix it by resyncing your client with the server by clicking on this arrow, lower left side of the screen, next to the items quickslots: OKomkOq.png
Relogging works as well but this is less troublesome to do!

Hope I could help you out and that you will actually see this answer ^^ Have a great rest of the week!
