- I'm trying to level up my Pokemon's that i wanna use in Kanto. They are around 30 - 60.

Is there a good place with high wild Pokemons where you can get a decent amount of Exp for higher leveling?

As hahahaka has mentioned, Victory Road, Seaform B4F, and Cinnabar Mansion are all good places to grind for EXP during the story.

 

You should also try to battle all trainers you find; keep in mind that most Trainers reset their cooldown after 7 days, in which you'll be able to re-battle them again for money and EXP.

 

When you decide to do other regions, here are some spots of interest for the future:

Johto:

1. Ice Path
   
2. Whirlpool islands
   
3. Dragon's Den

Hoenn:

1. Sky Pillar
   
2. Mt. Pyre

Sinnoh:

1. Route 223
   
2. Route 217

 

All Victory Roads are great leveling areas as well.
