Client keeps crashing?

Howdy everyone, how's it going? So, I haven't played the game in a long awhile (roughly about Valentine's Day is when I last played it). So when I logged in and booted up/loaded up the PRO client and went on to the Yellow Server, I barely got to play the game for more than a minute, maybe two minutes before the whole thing crashed on me. I redownloaded the 64-Bit client for windows and encountered the same problem. If it helps, I'm in Vermillion City with only two badges. So is there any solution to this?

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

 

Mac UnZip Programs Suggestions

1-The Unarchiver

2-WinZip5

3-Keka

4-BetterZiip

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you download (https://pokemonrevolution.net/download.php) the new client.

If none of these work for you, do you get a generated crash report? It would greatly help us troubleshoot exactly what you're experiencing, as there could be a multitude of reasons why the crash is happening. If you do get a crash report, kindly post it here within spoiler tags, or upload it to a 3rd party website and respond with the link.
