Dear PRO Team.

 

I was playing a game and decided to evolve my Nidorina with my Moon Stone. It successfully evolved into Nidoqueen and happily went to upgrade it more to be stronger then a DC happend. When i got back my Moon Stone disappeared and I got my Nidorina back.

 

What should I do now?

Sorry to say but items lost in server rollback cannot be returned. Although, you can try get one via digging or from Clefairy as held item. Sorry for the inconvenience.
