hello,

I got a Rattata and I increased its level to be able to pass to Hoenn, but when I talk to npc to deliver the Rattata level 80, he says that the Pokemon is not mine and he is nameless in "OT" please somebody help.

I've looked through your Trade Logs and it looks like you traded your rattata away to a friend for leveling before its ID was saved. It takes 3-4 minutes before a Pokemon's data gets saved in the database. The rattata you caught is "not" yours, because its ID didn't save.

Sadly, you'll have to recatch one and make sure that it has an ID before trading.
