I was fighting Diepy after beating Pewdie when I was suddenly disconnected... When I was able to reconnect a few minutes later, I asked if everyone had disconnected in the public chat. They all said that they were also disconnected. Now because of this issue I have been slapped with an 11 day cooldown, along with losing the curatives that I'd used in the battle. Would an admin be able to refresh my cooldown please? I could forget about losing the items as long as I am able to have my cooldown refreshed on this boss.

 

Attached screenshot taken just after logging back in, just after the crash (Local Time shows GMT). With 0 consecutive wins but still in the room with half healed party.

I'm extremely sorry for the inconvenience and I understand this can be frustrating, however, we cannot do any boss cooldowns or refunds, as stated in the Issue Guide:

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

A crash is always unexpected; if we are about to do a maintenance, you'll receive a warning. But in the case of random crashes, it is impossible for us to warn simply because we can't predict them. Once again, I'm sorry for the trouble, but as I cannot do anything to further your case, I'll now lock this topic and hope you have a good rest of your day.
