Me always screen jammed and did not respond when touch while beating boss this is third time on this week .

 

The problem is I spent a lot of potion and revive didn't get any rewards from boss and need to wait 12day .This is not fair for me

I'm extremely sorry for the inconveniences this jam has caused you, but from how I'm understanding your explanation, this appears to be some sort of hardware issue on your side. I would highly recommend trying to troubleshoot why your device doesn't respond to your taps, or perhaps bringing it to a repair store.

 

Regardless of which side is at fault of the disconnect (be it the user or the server itself crashing), unfortunately we do not provide any refunds of any sort due to a disconnection. I'm extremely sorry, but as there is nothing I can do to further your case, I'll now lock this topic. I'm sorry I couldn't be more of help to you.
