Hi team,

 

Surprisingly about 7 hours ago I was playing with my account, when I saw that it had been removed from the game and when I try to enter again it tells me that my account has been banned from PRO, and I do not understand the reason. I had fallen asleep on the phone and I could not observe anything.

 

How do I reset it? I do not want to lose the progress I had. Help! Please!

If you do not know why you have been banned, please look at the reason on your PRO Dashboard. You are free to make an appeal for it in Discipline Appeals, however, this is not the place; please observe our following General Support rule:

Do not report players or appeal bans here.
