Add item description and help tabs

Please add item description for all items. There are item descriptions in PC version but not for Android. It is very important to add item description, especially for TMs.

Also add tabs for help. Like the ones they have in Fire Red version of main stream pokemon game in gen 3. That would help a lot.

I agree. Android version does not have any descriptions when long pressed.
