Hi there,

Are you sure you're clicking yes on the dialogue box that appears after the Haunter has been traded back to you?

If you do not click Yes, the Haunter will not evolve. If this is not the case, could you be a bit more descriptive? Is the box not appearing for you at all? Do you play on an Android or PC? More information will better help me assist you.
