Do you have a screenshot or ID of the Pokemon in question? If the ID was 0 and never wholly saved, you may have gotten hit by a rollback; for rollback cases, I regret to inform you that we cannot restore the Pokemon for you, as it was never registered in the database in the first place. To avoid them as much as possible, read this thread. In regards to your Master balls, it appears you've recently invoked the Heatran quest. You'll need to talk to Buck at the end of the quest in order to retrieve them, but they are safe! Kind Regards, Astraea.
