I caught a vulpix with hidden ability/ ada and now it is missing from my pc it had 31 speed , sp attack and 30 speed with 28 both defense and sp def and I lost my both master balls as well last night they were in my bag

Unfortunately, I cannot find the Vulpix that you are said to have caught. Do you have a screenshot or ID of the Pokemon in question? If the ID was 0 and never wholly saved, you may have gotten hit by a rollback; for rollback cases, I regret to inform you that we cannot restore the Pokemon for you, as it was never registered in the database in the first place. To avoid them as much as possible, read this thread.

 

In regards to your Master balls, it appears you've recently invoked the Heatran quest. You'll need to talk to Buck at the end of the quest in order to retrieve them, but they are safe!
