I'm a new player looking for a mature guild where I can start to learn the culture of the game and other things. I basically want to begin to interact with people who actively play this game.

Other things I'd be interested in learning are:

- what is considered noobish

- how important iv/ev are

- what point in the game people start to consider iv/ev important
