Lost Hours of Exp Boost

Featured Replies

So a couple of days ago, the servers went down for maintenance and I had a exp boost active at the time the servers went down. Is there anyway to get back the hours of exp boost that I lost back?

Edit: Server Blue if that helps any

from the looks of this I'm losing the three day exp boost item I used yesterday since I couldn't get on yesterday and cant get on today, are they going to reimburse that?

Hello,

Apologies for the late response. As for your XP boost, there might be an extension, but for now the compensation is better servers that will umprove your gameplay experience, reducing the ammount of rollbacks and crashes, aswell as reducing the ghost queue duration. Any compensation, if it happens, will be announced in Official PRO Discord.

In case you haven't already joined, here is the invite link to our Discord.

I apologize for the inconvenience server downtime has caused you and i hope you understand,

Have a nice day!
