About your issue, I'm afraid that you will have to do the whole Elite Four again. :/

If the disconnection was due to a crash or your net dropping (and it seems to be your connection, given that there is a 5 minutes gap between your local time when you screenshotted, and the last message in what seemed to be an active Help chat), nothing can be done on our end, unfortunately, as crashes are unexpected, and as stated in "Read this before making a General Support topic":

Lost by crash issues

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

However, if the disconnection were due to a client issue, we still wouldn't be able to refund anything, but we could have been able to provide further assistance to fix your crash issue and prevent it from happening again.
