Description and Message

I payed 10k to get into the Safari EV-hunting Area, bet some NPCs and realized I wasnt gaining anything. That's right, anything! I don't know if it's a bug, but now I don't have my money and didnt get anything by going there. What do I do? Can I have my money back?

Get EVs from NPC = No

Get EVs from wild poke = Yes

 

* Try to avoid any NPCs, just go to the grass area and find your EV target.

* Bring at least one high level poke (around level 70~100) to easily beat the NPCs.

* Once you beat those NPCs, you dont need to beat them again. (will be reset after 2 weeks) *correct me if im wrong

I dont get it. What are those NPC for? If they don't grant you any Evs/EXP/money, are they there only to slow you down?
