My brother tried to sign up for a Pro account (Username: Blackstar) but when he clicked the confirmation email it said that the account couldn't be registered, please check with administrator or re-check your email information. I've asked around and haven't found anyone who knows why. Is it something we're doing wrong? We've tried a few times with similar results, thank you for your time.

did u check the spam?

The registration email was actually received but when you click it the page it sends you to says. "The account could not be registered please re-check your email information or contact a server administrator." (Paraphrasing.)

Then try logging in and tell us what it says.

Thank you Singham, I'm an idiot. Idk why I never thought to try and just log in. Works fine on the site, we're waiting for the game to come up to check on there.
