I'm extremely sorry for the crash you've experienced and I understand how frustrating it can be. We are constantly trying to improve our sever stability, but it isn't perfect. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your losses being due to a crash or rollback. As stated in the Issue Guide:

Sometimes when the game crashes or gets stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as its responsibility. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

To learn more on preventing rollbacks, please read this thread. By using the techniques listed in the aforementioned thread, the chances of you losing any recently acquired game objects are at a reduced rate. I realize that may not exactly pertain to what you've just experienced, but it may help further cases you encounter in the future.
