I bought a 15 day membership after buying 100 coins and I'm around 6 days in but half of this time the servers have been down or in maintenance, is there any way to have it extended for the amount of down time or some of the coins to be refunded?

They might choose to give us an extension, but everything you put in the server is a DONATION, so you are not really buying something, they might decide against extending it. However, they usually do give us some extra.

Sorry for your inconvenience, but please keep in mind that there will always be crashes.

The maintenance greatly reduced the amount of server crashes we had in the past. Each server would crash 2-3 times a day in the past.

 

Recent statistics;

As the Yellow server didn't crash for 54 hours and the Red server didn't crash for 44 hours, we can conclude that the maintenance indeed helped reducing the amount of crashes.

 

As announced in the Discord;

The changes MIGHT do following things:

- Servers might be more stable now

- Rollbacks might be reduced now

- Ghost queue might be faster now

It's not guaranteed.

 

There might be an extension of membership due to the recent maintenance, again, please keep in mind that this was all done to improve your gameplay experience.

That's more than okay, just didn't know how it worked as it was the first time I'd purchased one!
