Was progressing through trainers I needed to fight for Sinnoh, when I noticed my Huntail had no OT and thus, would not allow me to fight the final trainer. The Clamperl was caught by me and i traded as intended and the Huntail was only evolved once in my possession.

Did you trade clamperl right after catching it?

This bug happens if you trade a pokemon before it has its ID.

    I did, but it was a few minutes at least. Is there any recorded fix?

    I dont think so but i'm not sure.

    Unless a mod says oherwise you will have to catch a new clamperl

    It took me a while to get through all of that, so I may just not progress after all. I really hope there is a fix though!
