Ok. Apparently as i was about to catch a rare pokemon i went to the item selection and when i wanted to catch the pokemon all of my pokeballs were gone. This is the 2nd time happening to me. The 1st time all my masterballs, ultra balls, great balls and pokeballs disappeared. I am very frustrated right noe because i couldve used my THREE MASTER BALLS to catch legendaries

Are you currently playing through the quest for Heatran? If so, talk to Buck after defeating the level 99 Heatran. You will get your Pokeballs back and will be able to go back to the Pokecenter, take your Synchronize Pokemon and return to where the Heatran was. This time a level 30 Heatran will be there, whom you can catch.

One other possibility is that you are currently playing through the Pinkan Island quest. If so, dont worry. You will get everything back upon completion.

Please let me know if you are doing one of these quests or not, in the meantime,
