Server blue is very lagged, it is disconnect all the time in some players, it does not even have how to play this way. We are constantly trying to improve our sever stability, but it isn't perfect. The recent maintenance has made Red and Yellow much more stable, but Blue appears to have some issues. Since the Red and Blue servers are planned to merge in the near future, we are likely going to wait until then to try to optimize server uptime. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your losses being due to a crash or rollback. As stated in the Issue Guide:Sometimes when the game crashes or gets stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as its responsibility. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.To learn more on preventing rollbacks, please read this thread. By using the techniques listed in the aforementioned thread, the chances of you losing any recently acquired game objects are at a reduced rate.
