Greetings, i would like to file a support in-game because i accidentally evolved my Rattata (which i am currently levelling till lvl.80) into a Raticate. If possible i want to de-evolve it into a Rattata again as i am going to give it to Youngster Joey in order to get to Hoenn Region.

you can catch a higher lvl rattata in wild

Sorry for your inconvenience, but we cannot de-evolve your Raticate into Rattata. You must catch a new Rattata and level it to 80.

You can find the highest level Rattata in Mt. Silver Expert Belt, they range from level 48 - 52.

To reach the Expert Belt, you need Rock Smash and Surf or Waterfall and Surf.
