since the merging rule said if the account has 2 same legendary pokes in both servers,

we can't choose to "merge" them

we can only choose to "split"

my point is that, what if the player got some legend/s in both servers and wants to merge his accts, then tries to release some legends like example red acct got quiet mew and blue got timid, then releases the quiet mew just to initiate this merge or meet the requirements,now will this work?

btw what will be the number or capasity of the pc when the merge is done? will it be more than 900 already?

According to the Merge FAQ :

Q: I have legendaries on both servers. What will happen to them?

A: You will not be able to merge your accounts if you have the same legendary on both. So you must go with the split option to split your red and blue accounts. This is to prevent any possible collisions.

If you have both same legendary on your both accounts and still want to merge them, you'll have to release the worst one and keep the better one before merging your accounts.

UPDATE : You'll be able to chose the legendary you want to keep before merging.
