is there any place to update or do i just delete the game and redownloaded?

Its on the webpage of p.r.o. but blue server is still down but I think the rest of them are authenticated

Hello,

Like others explained, you can not update the client, you must re-download. It is recommended to also delete all PRO files before re-downloading.
