Loss My Togepi Reward, Naero boss.

I have just defeated Naero and He said my first reward is Day Care Senter start open.

Second Rewards, is a brand new Togepi.

So I was so excited to see both the DayCare and My new togepi. But then at my way back to Cerulean PokeCanter,

The Game forced log out. I though thats fine, I can relog-in right away.

But then it takes me sometime to logging in, and when I check my rewards, the Togepi wasnt there.

PLEASE HELP.
