I literally just misclicked on the 7day 100k poke$ train pass option in goldenrod. Currently have 2 JOHTO BADGES meaning i CANNOT use the pass WHATSOEVER. This was a complete waste of 100k which is quite a lot of money for someone who is still starting out.

 

I feel like i should be compensated for this because players like myself should not even have the option of purchasing this rather expensive pass without even having the ability of travelling back to Kanto yet.

 

If its possible for an admin to come online and reimburse me i would really appreciate it.

 

Also, you ought to look into locking this option for those who have not gotten the 8 johto badges so this doesnt happen again to someone else.

Apologies for the inconveniences. We don't normally refund NPC transactions due to user error, but we've reimbursed you the $100,000 Pokedollars while removing the monthly pass from your account considering that you bought it during the main story. In the future, please be careful and fully read the dialogues when speaking to NPCs that you are not familiar with to avoid cases like these.

 

We were under the impression that we already had a check like this to avoid new players from buying them, but we may have overlooked the monthly pass. Thanks for the assist! :CharYay:
