I put heal pulse on my ralts. It says it restores 50% of the targets hp. when i use this move it does not seem to do anything.

 

It did not heal me after using the same move 3 turns in a row, it didnt heal the enemy, it didn't let me select a target to heal even. I think something is seriously wrong with this ability and it sucks because i was planning on having this ralts be my team healer using this ability.

heal pulse is used to heal your allies, not yourself

that means it only work in 2v2 battle

Yeah heal pulse is for 2v2 . But in black and white if a wild pokemon uses heal pulse(audino) it heals its foe instead
