Have you activated your account? You should have received an e-mail with an activation link. You could also log into your PRO Dashboard to see if that solves the issue; if you're able to log into the dashboard, you should be able to log into the game.

 

If you've done the above to no avail, make sure your password doesn't contain special characters, such as "[] {} () é à ù %$#@!&* : ; . , º ª ¢ /\", as our client has issues with processing them. Also, make sure your password is not too long, as that could be another issue.

 

Let me know if you encounter any more issues or these solutions do not work for you.
