can someone tell me how I can remove the sign in front of the entrance to the easter egg plateau?

it seems bugged for me, every time I talk to the sign, I can't move at all anymore

other people walk through the sign, see my screenshot

 

does someone else also have/had this issue and can someone help me fix this?

Hi there,

 

Hopefully the next server reboot forces your client to properly reload its maps. If not, can you try to clear your cookies/cache, and while your game client is open, press F2 to open up the console, and type in "clearmaps"? Then, completely restart your client and see if this solves your issue. You may also want to try clearing any temp files and ensure that previous PRO versions are on your computer.

thnx, this issue has been solved (I redownloaded the game and removed the old files)

but can you tell me how I can remove temp files (how do I know what temp files are)? just in case something like this happens again
