Could you be a bit more descriptive of what happened exactly, or provide any screenshots if possible? Did your PC blue screen, or does this happen only when you load up PRO and appears to be a graphical error? Do you have any generated crash logs that may assist us in troubleshooting this incident?

 

I'd also double check and make sure your PC meets the minimum requirements to run this game, and to also make sure that you've downloaded the proper version according to your OS and system.
