I deleted my PRO app on android a couple off days ago. Now when trying to install again, it says: "App not installed" and "package conflicts with an existing package by the same name".. I cant find any older version installed.

Hi there,

 

Could you make sure that you've done a clean installation? Here are the following steps for that listed in the Android Guide:

  • Go to Settings -> Apps and look for PRO
  • Force stop
  • Clear both data and cache
  • Uninstall
  • Reboot your device
  • Install again the apk and retry

By doing this, you should be able to install the new PRO update. Let me know if you have any issues with this.
