IVs in Def/S.Def/Speed/HP must be over 15 all the other stats I will take into consideration

EVs can be whatever sense what I want is weird. However 252 Def is a must or close enough.

Must know Scald (I am unable to get the TM for this move, and I need this move for my set. If it does not know Scald it will lower the price I will offer for it, just a fair warning)

If its shiny I will boost the price by 1m just due to its shininess (If you feel like this is not enough feel free to negotiate, but I feel it is fair sense I will pay 1m just for the fact that it is shiny plus whatever the price for the poke stat/rarity/and hardship we negotiate is)
