Fossils gone but no Aerodactylite

Hello,

 

I was so happy that I finally had 5 different fossils. Then I went to the museum in Pewter City to hand in my fossils. The NPC announced that they were so happy with my fossils that i would receive the Aerodactylite. Then I checked my bag but there isnt the item in it. I asked in HELP channel for a GM/Mod, and as you can see Bhardhis messaged me that you guys temporarily (perhaps forever?) have removed the Aerodactylite from game. Now my fossils are gone and I dont have the item. The MOD said to me that my only change is to message you guys to report this so that is what Im doing know. Please help me sort this out because this is nonsense. Please give me my fossils back or the item I should get.

 

If you remove an item from game, dont give the PRO players the opportunity to hand some fossils in!
