Can we migrate a red server account to the blue server because my friends are on server and I would like to play with them without starting over again

Red and Blue are merging soon. So it won't matter, you will be able to play with them.

    Hello, Blue and Red servers are down for extended maintenance(10-20 hours) due to those two servers being merged. Please stay patient until the maintenance is done. In the meantime, you can read everything about the merge in the Server Merge FAQ.
