Excuse me can you help me

My character is in the Blue server., Account Name or User Name : Zyuohgereagle.,

But conglomerate server Red & Blue and I followed all the steps.,But My Zyuohger Eagle character doesn't

from Blue Server.,Or if you can not fix it?,

If i play a new character Is my playing time still?,

And Pokémon and items will remain?,

If the items is still.,

I'm ready to play again.,

But If there are no items.,

 

Please help me with it.,

Did you tried merging your account yet?

 

Go to PRO Dashboard and click the link above the Silver server, then choose what you decided to continue playing with.

 

All your items, pokemons and other that is stated on the dashboard/merge details will remain.

I have server consolidation.

I followed all the steps.

But I went into the game. Sliver server and create a new character.

My character doesn't is from the blue server.

Please help me with it.,
