I get an 'invalid username or password' error when i try to log in

I know I have the password right because i can log into gold server

 

I have done the merge on the account tab

I was reccomended that i reset my password, this didnt change anything

i have the same problem i cant logging in the new server silver and i reset my password, this didnt change anything.

To be 100% sure, make sure that your merging successfully went through, as a few players' merge was rolled back due to some errors. If you see the [Merge is required] button on your dashboard still, you will need to merge once again. Here's a screenshot of what that would look like:

That' what i see when i run in to "Merge is required" link. What should i do now?

Please try pressing F5 a few times. If that fails, clear your cookies and browser cache. Let me know if this works.

Maybie should i change my password? Isn't it a good way to fix it?

Changing your password won't fix the issue as it appears to be a loading error on your browser's side. Could you try to use a different browser to access your dashboard?
