account reset on blue server

I am a few hours here in the forum trying to find a solution to the case and so far nothing ...

At the junction of the blue and red servers, my account has been reset and so far it has not returned to normal, I only had progress on the blue server. I do not want to start a new game, I have more than 200 hours of game, active MS, countless items, pokemons lvl 100 and so many other things .... it is completely unfair that I lose all progress of the account and so far no moderator has spoken nothing how to solve the case please someone from the moderation could give some satisfaction on the case?

I also had the same problem I can't retrieve my account because of this merge thing

I thought you just Go to account. And merge your red or blue to silver or gold server?

I merging to the silver server, I just had progress on the blue server, after that I enter the silver server and it appears to give new game

I can´t enter the silver server either
