This though isnt the developers fault, as there are over 1500 people online playing without problems every day. I cant answer you the question why it doesnt work, but be sure to try everything out, and also, if you extracted all the files from the game, please download it again and this time dont extract, but rather just open the game in the zip folder. This helped me so yeah... anyway, hope to see you online real soon and best of luck! This. Says, the sofware is Open with the game. (Example: Microsoft Word, Firewall, antivirus) I recommend a Screenshot of Task Manager in the moment you play the game. One Software can have conflicts with the Client of the game.
